We are a team of around twenty people, working with major clients in Lorraine, the Paris region, and throughout France.
Who are your agency's clients?
We work on industrial, residential, healthcare facilities, and even churches! We operate in both the public and private sectors. We undertake comprehensive assignments: client contact, preliminary designs, building permits, calls for tenders, and all technical aspects.
How long have you been using EUROMAC2 materials?
We started working with EUROMAC2 about twenty years ago. The main advantage of this system is that we have exterior insulation and interior insulation with a fully sealed concrete wall in the middle; this is, in fact, one of the requirements of the RT 2012 thermal regulation, which mandates perfect airtightness. In this regard, the long-term durability of other systems based on plastic films and adhesive tapes is not guaranteed.
What feedback do you receive from your clients?
Tenant clients particularly value the comfort and insulation; they especially appreciate the reduction in heating costs associated with using EUROMAC2 materials. Wall assembly is very straightforward; the blocks are lightweight, and EUROMAC2's support ensures greater efficiency throughout the construction period.
What do contractors involved in your projects think?
There are contractors who are familiar with the materials and accustomed to working with EUROMAC2, and then there are others. Initially, SMEs accustomed to handling concrete blocks and using traditional materials are often hesitant. However, once they understand the system's benefits, they participate in our tenders for other EUROMAC2 projects.
What is the advantage for a social housing provider?
A social housing provider is willing to spend a little more if there is a clear return on investment. They cannot afford to have tenants burdened with high utility costs, and EUROMAC2 guarantees perfect insulation for the entire construction!
EUROMAC2: Effective Materials?
For over 40 years, EUROMAC2 has been a benchmark in the construction sector. The proven track record of its materials demonstrates their reliability. While there is competition from newer products, their long-term results and energy performance are unknown.
