In 2013, Lionel NALLET & Sébastien CHABAL, two prominent figures in French rugby, embarked on a real estate project together: the construction of a High Thermal Performance hotel in Meyzieu, near Lyon (69):
L'Hôtel des Lumières
The company SOFIALEX was responsible for the hotel's construction, specializing in thermal insulation, structural work, and the construction of commercial buildings (offices, large retail stores, hotels, etc.). For this project, EUROMAC2 construction materials ensured the building's thermal performance, as the hotel was entirely built with EUROMAC2 formwork blocks (M175/35). In total, over 2,454 m² of EUROMAC2 blocks provide the building's thermal insulation, ensuring maximum comfort for future guests!
