
As part of our Group's development, we are currently seeking a Business Development Manager / Specification Sales Manager (M/F) for the Ile-de-France region.
You will be responsible for the commercialization of all products and services of the EUROMAC2 Group. As a true brand ambassador, you will represent the Group and its values to our clients, both with your prospects and with the business referral network you will establish. You will work as part of a team with the Commercial Department and the head office teams.
Your activity will primarily focus on fieldwork, but you will also be required to handle incoming and outgoing calls, and to enter and track orders on our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to optimize case follow-up.
Organized, tenacious, mobile, and detail-oriented, you enjoy direct client interaction and fieldwork, and you appreciate being involved in projects with your clients. You are capable of working independently from a home office, demonstrating initiative. Long-term business follow-up presents no particular challenge for you.
Responsibilities
Direct the Group's commercial activities at the local level
- Actively prospect for potential clients and develop an effective network of contacts to generate qualified client leads with genuine construction projects.
- Utilize commercial information provided by head office support services to arrange visits with prospects.
- Establish a local network of trusted craftsmen.
- Organize local events (open house on construction sites, aperitifs, or breakfasts) to engage prospects and clients.
Commercial Expert
- Provides technical support to teams on complex projects
- Resolves first-level customer disputes
Administrative Monitoring
- Oversee projects from initial contact through to completion. In this capacity, you will be responsible for conducting site visits corresponding to processed orders to ensure client satisfaction.
- Verify the relevance and consistency of established plans with the prospect's actual needs and company constraints.
- Ensure precise initiative and analytical work for the technical offer's design.
- Analyze the prospect's needs and purchasing motivations to facilitate order placement.
- Anticipate orders to ensure the best interface between the client, logistics services, and sales administration.
